Internet techies, such as programmers, engineers and webmasters, especially those building a Metasearch site, would obviously know quite a bit more about SE's in general. They want their Metasearch site to provide relevant information quickly. It is in their best interest to select and use the best internet SE's available. This page uses their expertise to rank the best SE's the net has to offer.

We keep looking for genuine Metasearch sites, but some are discarded because: 1. specialized instead of general purpose, 2. retrieval list too small, 3. too many irrelevant findings, or 4. too slow.
